Why the conduct of Pakistani trolls on the issue of Afghanistan is embarrassing & self-destructive!
Why Pakistani trolls on social media are embarassing!
I have genuine concerns about the hateful and racist rhetoric being preached by the current Afghan government and the elite in Kabul towards Pakistani in general and Punjabi people in particular, because this doesn't pave the way for peace in the region even if all the Taliban were to vanish in a day. A whole generation of Afghans are being brought up with the indoctrination of hating Pakistan and its people. No doubt many Indian trolls can be seen supporting the Afghans in their hate of Pakistan and in fact at times outdo the Afghans.
At the same time the hoards of Pakistan trolls on the internet who own the Taliban, celebrate their every victory, rejoice over every loss they inflict on the Afghan national army and accept the Taliban to be run by Pak military are also acting in a self-destructive way and this behavior is like putting oil in the flame and it further strengthens the hateful rhetoric preached by Kabul elite and its Indian allies.

This viral fake statement attributed to the Taliban's official spokesman claims that the Taliban are preparing for the famous "Ghazwa-e-Hind". They will start conducing suicide bombings soon in India and they bring good news for the Muslims in India because Islam will once again dominate all of India.
Meanwhile...

Through such messages some people in Pakistan might feel an ego push and reassurance about their fantasy world but in the end they only further increase the Islamophobia of ignorant Indians and the Pakistanphobia of indoctrinated Afghans.
At the end of the day, the gap between historically connected people widens, the mistrust increases and any chance of sanity prevailing decreases.
