Is the Prime Minister's Office a poisoned chalice in Pakistan?

Pakistan is 70 years old. But in those 70 years not one Prime Minister has managed to complete their 5 year term.

Our longest serving Prime Minster to date still remains our very first Prime Minister, Liaquat Ali Khan who served from 15th August 1947 till 16th October !951, the day he was assassinated.

The closest anyone has come to serving longer than Liaquat Ali Khan has been Nawaz Sharif in his most recent term, who was in office from 5th June 2013 till 28th July 2017.

Is it impossible to stay in power as a civilian PM because the opposition parties, military establishment, courts, and even assassins don't let you stay in power or has our civilian leadership just been so rudderless that they aren't able to keep these externalities at bay and always succumb to the pressure?
