I'll join the foreign army and covertly release important intel to the Pak fauj. I'd even help to remove high ranking officers of the army I'm enlisted in and make it seem like K.I.A.
Ofcourse to keep my cover I might have to engage in actual combat against PA and unfortunately make some of my own brethren shaheed. All for the higher cause.
If you were living there, was a citizen of that country, and your family and friends also lived there and were citizens of that country, then that country would be 'your home'. And therefore the army of that country would not be a 'foreign army' but the army of the country who's citizen you are.Why would I be in a foreign army in the first place. Never
As a UK national living in the UK, it means that the UK is my home, and UK citizens are my countrymen. Therefore what affects the UK affects me, my family, my friends, my colleagues, my neighbours and my fellow UK citizens. Had I joined the British armed forces, it would have been to help protect all of the above. If that meant fighting against Pakistan, then so be it. So yes.

Wouldn't fight against anybody if it was an illegal war. Not voluntarily anyway. The true question is " would you fight against Pakistan in an illegal war ? "
e.g iraq, libya, syria, afghanistan ...i can go on and on ....
If you're living outside Pakistan and you're a citizen of the country where you live, then you'll have no choice if that country decided to bring in conscription and conscripted you into its armed forces. And you'll have to fight even if it means fighting against Pakistan.Against the state of Pakistan on behalf of another nation state, no. Only situation where I'd consider getting involved in armed conflict against Pakistanis is if there's a France style revolution against the existing religion centered state in which case, gladly.

Got to agree with this. Also, if you are born abroad, when you refer to motherland, then it has to be where you were born, not where your parents were. Not that I would particularly want to fight anyone in any of the current wars being waged, most of which are not our wars, or at least not being fought for the reasons we are being told.
That's why I'm in favour of abolishing dual nationality. India, for example, does not allow dual nationality.
A person should be a citizen of only one country at any given point in time. That then does away with the question of which country one should be loyal to. I'd give up the Pakistani side of my dual nationality, as it serves no purpose whatsoever, and is in fact a hindrance in many ways, if it wasn't so cumbersome to do so.
Quite hypocritical of you lot to dissociate with Pakistan but then spend all day posting on a Pakistani forum, supporting Pakistan in cricket especially during Pak vs England matches
The UK sent troops to fight the Taliban in Pakistan. Imagine if Pakistan had not 'accepted' Bush's "you are either with us or against us" kind 'offer'. Don't forget, up until then, Pakistan had been supporting the Taliban against the Afghan warlords.I cannot think of a situation where the UK would fight Pakistan.

Being America's little B , you can never count out what the dumb UK government will do. They helped butcher millions in Iraq so Pakistan isn't out the equation. If the same thing happened to Pakistan, firstly their would be massive riots in the UK but I would leave and fight for Pakistan's self defence.
