Taurus said:Zimbabwe have always had some serious talent, it's pleasing to see that the white boys are getting back into the team and making a difference. Hopefully they can get back into Test Cricket in a few years and keep developing. Had it not been for the 'situation' in Zimbabwe in the past decade or so, they'd probably be a solid, competitive side at the moment. They've always produced a bit of natural flair and talent, a more exciting version of New Zealand. If Mugabe would just die and the country could get back to normal/attain normality in-line with the rest of the world, they could be a really good side with the right infrastructure.

Would you listen to same whine if we lose to Bangladesh in Asia cup with our bench strength because Yousuf and Younis will not be playing?
But did you say your bench strength is worse than Zimbabwe? You lost both ODI to Zimbabwe because of your batting - specially today's. Let me show ODI ICC ranking for Zimbabwe and Indian batsmen;
Code:Rank Points Batsman Rank Points Batsman 1 819 M.S. Dhoni 51 524 H. Masakadza 4 762 S.R. Tendulkar 55 510 E. Chigumbura 11 694 V. Sehwag 56 508 B.R.M. Players in bold played today's match. If you average the ranking of the players who played today, Indian batting ranks at 56 and Zimbabwe's at 69.

Why are you one of the very few ones who sound so reasonable?Indiafan said:No excuses, we have been playing some pathethic cricket lately and Zimbabwe have really played well. Even our bench players should have rolled over the Zim team.
Yes your bowling is extremely weak in this tournament but 285 is not a very high score in ODIs these days.Indiafan said:BTW in the first ODI we scored 285 so it was not becuase of the batting we lost
JeeraBlade said:Why are you one of the very few ones who sound so reasonable?
But then again, we have been playing pathetic cricket for a couple of years now!

Here is a quiz question for you. How long did it take for India to win a test outside India?
So the point is, these celebrations were so common that we did not even care about these ------- because you never beat anybody for ages.
