How exactly? none of these geniuses ever explain the "how" part.

This is what I was looking for. There is nothing specific about Micky's methods which ruined Pakistan or Karachi Kings so how are we meant to judge?

To this day, I have failed to understand Mickey's role and responsibility.

Inzamam gets the blame for poor squad selection.
Mehmood gets the blame for poor bowling performance.
Flower gets the blame for poor batting performance.
Fielders get the blame for poor fielding.
Sarfraz gets the the blame for poor captaincy

What is Mickey there for? It is not like we are seeing some tactics being deployed or the players look motivated and confident in their skills. Everyone has regressed under Mickey, be it Babar Azam or Hassan Ali.

Mickey's fans can bury their heads in sand but the poor performance of Pakistan and Karachi Kings speaks for itself. Not only the players have regressed under Mickey, they look scared, nervous, and very timid.

As much as we like to blame Sarfraz, he did win PSL. Mickey's Karachi Kings is yet to make final and is probably the most boring team to watch in the PSL.

He has worked with Mickey Arthur so I would assume he knows what he is talking about.

Well Mickey Arthur got his Wish of Playing Asif Ali & it back fired. Asif Ali cost us the match.

Why should Mickey get the benefit of doubt when no other coach in the past got the special treatment?

What about poor tactics being consistently deployed? Poor team selection from the squad, consistent mistreatment of spinners, etc. What vision has Mickey showed for Karachi Kings?

In every profession, end result is the only parameter used for performance evaluation. An employee with Mickey's results in any other profession will be shown the door.
