Who will bring those to account who gave VIP protocol including a personal butler, a cozy house, and Wifi to Ahsanullah Ahsan? This past June, he fled to Turkey.
you need to understand how intelligence works. Sometimes it is neccessary to break the back of a proxy terrorist network, by co-opting its leaders and getting them to spill the beans. The co-opting of Ahsan was a major turning point in the war against the proxies.
The treasure trove of intelligence has prevented more APS's.
The press conference a few weeks ago explains the intelligence gathered and the people behind the attack. The majority of whom have been brought to account. Unfortunately their handlers sitting in
afghanistan and across the eastern border are harder to get a hold of.
We long been hearing that the backs of terrorists have been broken. All this talk of intelligence ops, treasure trove and fifth generation warfare is an attempt to cover the the failings and incompetency of our military. Aik banda yeh nahin rakh saktay jail may!
You should listen to what Ahsan said after he fled. He exposed the boys- he said they asked him that all his sins would be forgiven if he led a new militant outfit whose purpose would be to kill military critics. And we wonder, why we are on the FATF.
I'm sorry but your just speaking in slogans now. The terrorists backs have been broken and there is concrete evidence to suggest that. can every attack be stopped? no. But the campaign they were carrying out from 2008-2012 has been stopped through many sacrifices.
As for the failings of the military, well unlike our beloved civilian politicians, the military pays for every failure through blood.
Again your not listening to what I wrote above. He was co-opted so he could turn on his ex friends.
Anything he says otherwise lacks credibility. The intel gathered from him has been used to its fullest effect. I suggest you do some background reading around the subject.
No other nation on this planet gives this sort of rousing treatment to terrorist as we do! You cannot hide the incompetency of our security establishment by all these intel buzzwords. Ahsanullah killed hundreds or even thousands of people but he was let off scot-free. This is a matter of great shame for us as a nation.
all im hearing is "incompetency of security " blah blah..its as if you just simply ignored everything I just said..
If you knew anything about intel operations around the world you wouldnt make the ignorant statements you just did. I am NOT going to hand hold you. If you are incapable of doing some basic research on what goes on, you have no right to make the stupid accusations you are.
Now stop shouting and go and do some research. then come back and perhaps we can have a better discussion. If you are even capable of such a feat.
Mass murderer of kids is probably chilling at a beach in Turkey! Mashallah!
Never forget.
I believe the jihadis got a befitting response from Pakistan Air Force in the aftermath of this.
It was eventually india that got that response.
MNA Ali Wazir who has been vocal about providing justice to APS martyrs has been arrested. He has also been questioning how Ahsanuallah Ahsan was allowed to flee.
This cowardly act is now proven to be committed by India. By no means Pakistan should let go of the evidence and dossier of india's cowardly terrorist activities in Pakistan that targetting innocent SCHOOL CHILDREN!
India needs to apologize and pay blood money to all the victims of this attack that they spearheaded. This is a biggest proof of state sponsored terrorism in South east asia.
Isn’t that the guy who made extremely racist comments about Punjabis and also called for major Pakistani cities to be bombed?
Anyways it’s up to if you want to support someone like that but can you please not use the APS tragedy as a guise to score political points? His arrest has nothing to do with the APS attack and I am sure you know that.
He was en route to attend APS attack ceremony in Peshawar. By the way, he has lost 18 family members to Taliban attacks.
POTW. Zaid Hamid would be proud.
One of the saddest days in Pakistan's history.
RIP to all the martyrs of APS.

I might have missed this piece. Where is the proof of Indian involvement? I have no doubt they engage in terrorism in Pakistan, but not sure I saw I the connection to this one
Unlike India that provides proof 5 mins after a terrorist attack, Pakistan actually investigated this. Please check out the press conference of Shah Mahmood Qureishi and DG ISPR providing dossier on India’s terrorist activity in Pakistan, which includes APS attack. A simple google search can give you that answer now.Exactly. Actually, the TTP militants we see in videos are actually Hindus who have grown beards.

You really think India was not involved in this?
There is no such proof. It is all rhetoric! If there was, Pakistan would have shown all the evidence to the world on day one. Don’t you think? After all, India is Pakistan’s number one enemy and Pakistan would do anything to defame the Indians, and especially with such strong evidence as you suggest, the whole world would spit on India’s face. It has been six long years yet we have not seen anything.
Why is it that the commission report on the attack has not been published yet and the activist/advocate Fazal who has been campaigning for the report to be made public has survived at least one assassination attempt.

India got Pakistani organisations banned after the Mumbai attacks. You believe the UN banned those organisations because of the IPL or BCCI's money power?
Mumbai was 12 years ago. This is now. India is currently, at present doing this now. All terrorist attacks in Pakistan in the last few months (Stock Exchange, Chinese Consulate, Peshawar) had india's direct involvement in it. Please go through the dossier that Foreign Minister of Pakistan has sent to the UN.

I remember the painful day like it was yesterday. There were mass mournings all over India in schools and colleges. I just hope the parents of the deceased have found peace in life. Nothing is more painful than losing a child.
Absolutely! A very dastardly act with the perpetrators deserving a punishment worse than death. How anyone can do this innocent children is beyond me!
What is even more sad is that some people are using this atrocity to play the blame game, instead of bringing the perpetrators to book.
On the anniversary of the APS attack, Pakistan welcomed Afghan Taliban delegation. Mashallah!

The same Afghan Taliban, that your masters in US have a full approvals for. You should agree to what your masters in US say. Seems like you are super confused.
Yes. They have the same ideology. Both slaughter civilians- the TTP slaughters Pakistanis and the Afghan Taliban slaughter Afghans.
We back Afghan Taliban because they are not slaughtering Pakistanis.
Why is US (and rest of the world behind him) now being friends with Taliban (they were friends with them in the 80s). So tell me, sure Pakistan is like this, but why is US being friends now? Why Pompeo keeps on negotiating and pleasing the Afghan Taliban?
TTP is a terrorist organization made by India. It is nothing close to Afghan Taliban what what I have read of it. There is also proof in the dossier from Pak govt and DG ISPR from November.

Never forget never forgive...
Still get goosebumps whilst reading news about it.

Good for him. Still remember that day like it was yesterday. There were mournings in schools and colleges in India everywhere.APS attack survivor Ahmad Nawaz completes graduation from Oxford University
Ahmad Nawaz, a survivor of the 2014 Army Public School (APS) attack in Peshawar, has completed his graduation from Oxford University.
Nawaz, who was injured in the tragic incident, has achieved a significant milestone by graduating from one of the world's most prestigious universities.
He expressed immense happiness and gratitude for this accomplishment, stating, "I am thrilled to have completed my graduation from Oxford University."
Ahmad Nawaz has also made history by becoming the second Pakistani to serve as the president of the Oxford Union, following in the footsteps of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto.
He remarked on this achievement, noting, "I am the second Pakistani after Benazir Bhutto to become the president of the Oxford Union."
His journey from surviving a terrorist attack to graduating from Oxford is an inspiring story of resilience and determination.
On December 16, 2014, a brutal assault by seven militants on the Army Public School in Peshawar left 141 people dead, including 132 children.
The attackers, armed with automatic rifles and grenades, stormed the school during the morning hours, targeting students and staff indiscriminately.
The assault began with the militants scaling the school walls and detonating a bomb to create chaos. Eyewitness accounts reveal harrowing scenes of students hiding under desks as gunfire erupted in classrooms.
The siege lasted approximately eight hours, concluding with the deaths of all attackers as Pakistani military commandos intervened.
The massacre, described as the deadliest terrorist attack in Pakistan's history, drew widespread condemnation, prompting international leaders to denounce the violence and call for justice.
In the aftermath, Pakistan reinstated the death penalty and vowed to intensify its military operations against militant groups in the region.

You have any doubts? The Army in Pakistan can do anything for their own benefit, and the gullible public falls for it.In similar vein of amreekis themselves doing 9-11, brits self-sabotaging on 7-7, and injuns running their own 26-11.
It is entirely possible APS attack was a self-demolition act by pak army. To gain empathy from its masses. And more importantly a bigger share of the budget.
pak army initially benefitted from the former sentiment, and has financially leeched on the latter. Repeatedly.
You cannot rule out complacency either. It was an inside job, there was no way the terrorists could enter the army cantonment board so easily. Sympathisies for the families of those students and teachers.
The forced indoctrination continues.Schools to remain closed on December 16
The notification issued by the Deputy Commissioners states that all educational institutions in the districts will observe a holiday on December 16.
