Just heard somewhere that Aus and NZ practiced super over in their warm up game. I think Ind and Pak should also do it as the pressure would be immense and will nicely shape up as a real match scenario (with cameras and hype etc.)

We lost the warm up game to India in 2009 as well.. Still went on to win the tourney.

Lost group game to India in 2007 still went on to contest the final and almost win it.
