If past results are a predictive behavior, then why doesn't every team just use them to decide who wins the World Cup.

But somehow we will have won against NZ in a highly charged Quarter Final in NZ.

Take it to 130-3 after 30 odd and around 280 overall with AB in the wings. Cant help feeling Pak would have been either 5 down by now or about 70-3 at best.

Sure you can.. Pakistan when lost to India in the group stages was mainly due to dropped catches.. and despite early losses, the way we came back and thrashed SA was good.. we also beat Zim and Ireland to enter the KOs so we were becoming unbeatable.. everyone started taking us seriously.. and Australia was in deep trouble in QF.
