I have featured only the teams that will be playing in World Cup '19 and their games against each other. Since 2019 is a World Cup year, ODIs really will be the most relevant format IMHO.

Short Summary: From The list below there is no doubt that England and India were the best two teams and are one of the favorites for the upcoming World Cup.

1. England

Undoubtedly the best ODI team at the moment. We saw them brush aside former world champions like India and Australia with ease in English conditions.

2. India
One of the most well rounded team at the moment with both bowling and batting hitting all cylinders. They managed to win the Asia cup in tough conditions without their best player Kholi.

3. Bangladesh
Also known as "powerhouse" in this forum. Although still unknown to many, having the third best wins in 2018 is a testament of Bangladesh rise in ODI cricket.

4. New Zealand
Kiwis houses some quality players with the likes of Martin Guptil, Ross Taylor, Kane Williamson, and Trent Boult even with relatively small population. I expect them to be one of the semifinalist at the world cup.

5. South Africa

They have regressed somewhat with one of their best batsman retiring. I would expect them to choke a semi final birth in close contention against New Zeland at the World Cup.

6. Sri Lanka

The retirement of their legends hit them quite hard. They are still trying to find their ways back into top forms.

7. Afghanistan
They were unlucky to miss out on the Asia Cup. With two world class spinners I expect them to surprise few teams.

8. West Indies
T20 leagues have hit them pretty hard. However, if their players hits form at the right time they will be quite handy in the English conditions.

9. Australia
They have regressed significantly after winning World Cup back in 2015. However, Australia is always going to be Australia especially at a grand tournament.

10. Pakistan
They came into the Asia Cup as being firm favorites with their main players rocking the trendy hair styles. However, they will be dissapointed with the Asia Cup outing. They are still trying to find the right batting depth. Nonetheless, with top quality bowlers in Shaheen Afridi you can always count them to be the surprise package at the World Cup especially in English conditions.

The powerhouse has a good chance to reach the WC semis.

I actually would really like to see Pakistan touring Bangladesh for a full tour. The games will be close. I know on form Bangladesh will be ahead and will be favourites to win.

Bangladesh would smash us in Bangladesh in ODI's, Tests would be very dependent on Tests, I'd like to think we'd win in T20Is against them

Hi, I noticed you have copied a lot from what I briefed about countries in the thread "Countries with worst test batting lineup in their history". This is disappointing as I believe I deserve some credit for such writing because I spent a lot of effort and research in making that thread.
