Surely they had to accelerate from the start they got. Or at least keep the run rate constant. It's not like we were losing wickets regularly.

It all started with VanWyk on 48* and he was clearly looking for his 50. He took 2 overs to get to his 50 and that put pressure on Hendriks to score fast too and lost his timing.
