Pakistani batters are the worst in the world when it comes to hitting changes of pace, slower deliveries, slower bouncers. You will not find Pakistani bowlers having the guts to bowl changes of pace against the likes of Klassen, Miller after being tonked for 6. This is a power hitting problem from the grass roots. The T-20 format has not existed for a good 20 years and yet our batters cannot play the modern T-20 ramp, reverse ramp, reverse pull, reverse sweep, helicopter shots, their hitting ranges are very one dimensional and predictable hence opposition captains and bowlers have no problems setting fields and bowling strategies.

Rizwan applied unnecessary pressure on the rest of the lineup.

Too many dot balls and singles early on never letting the other batsmen settle. They all had to swing to compensate for his bizarre approach in the beginning.

Opening alongside Babar was another silly mistake.
