Yes, it's that thing we call elections where the public vote for the party they want to lead the nation.
Has any PM in Pakistan ever completed his term?

Indian Judiciary doesnt need your certificate.

I think you are veering this discussion off course, whether deliberately or otherwise. While I have focused only on the topic in hand, you are continually steering it to Pakistan. I have no problem discussing Pakistan's democracy if you would prefer that, but I would suggest you start a new thread if that is your interest.
I think we have to respect the verdicts of judicial systems around the world, after all they, same as Pakistan, are the products of a healthy and ratified democratic system. Just as we should respect India's courts and judges, I am sure joshila bhai would respect Pakistan's.
Come on PP posters, let's give Indian voters their dues, and I'm sure they will do the same for Pakistan's.
Seems you missed your own post.
Yet they have a flourishing democracy unlike Pakistanis.![]()
It was you who referred to Pakistan first in your post yesterday, which has deflected the topic, not my fault:
It's to avoid this type of what-aboutism that I suggested you start a new thread about Pakistan's democracy if you want to discuss Pakistan.
One of the most corrupt useless governments on planet. Seems like they have cooked up numbers just so they can write about it.
Can’t trust anything published in India
Pakistani origin person saying Indians dont have political sense needs to be shown the mirror.
PEW research isnt Indian. So whats your issue if Indians trust their govt?[/QUOTE]
It's illogical. It's like saying people koreans approve of Kim Jong-un.

You dont get to decide whats logical for a billion people. You may not like it, but thats your problem.People have made their choice known in the survey.

Germans selected Hitler as their leader but that WAS illogical thing to do.
So you don't believe they happened?
Germans selected Hitler as their leader but that WAS illogical thing to do.
Germans faced the consequence.Indians will face theirs.
Can't be 100% sure but it may have been a political stunt to please the public.. Heavg shelling across LOC given a new name of surgical strikes to appease public.. But who knows maybe it did happen..
Indians will face theirs.
They have already done.

Ok.So why do you care?
Please stop this nonsense.
You do realize that a very large number of rapes and sexual harassment cases go unreported in most of the sub urban and rural areas right?
In India, it’s not easy to report on rape
Not to mention the abysmal sex ratio of 940 females per 1000 males,
horrific cases of harassment and rape on even toddlers as young as 11 months coming to light virtually every week, cases taking years and decades of to be solved thereby rendering the entire judicial process to be nothing but a colossal joke.
Defending your country is good, but just don't be so brainwashed and bereft of reality that you thoroughly misrepresent the plight of women faced by this country only to score some brownie points on a message board.
Ok.So why do you care?
Someone has to point out the truth.
Well, that's a 1st, atleast for me.
I though almost every Indian was adamant about Sir G Kal strikes being a reality.
TBH it doesn't matter for a lot us we have better things to ask from our government rather than the truth about surgical strikes.. For instance in 2017 in the capital of our nation we still get power cuts sometimes, more than half of our income goes in taxes to the government direct and indirect and still we have to live with power cuts sometimes.. I can go on and on about such issues but you get the point what matters to a lot of us..
I guess India needs more critics like you to improve.
Yes, instead let the India haters make up stories about India and believe that instead of data.
You obviously have no clue about Indian culture. I have lived in India for decades and the US for decades. I can definitely tell you that there is great respect for women in Indian culture. Like any other countries, there are criminals who commit crimes against women in India but as a percentage they are much lower than other cultures.
The same thing is said about all countries, that rapes are not reported. Obama claimed a few years ago that 25% of women college students fact sexual assault when in college. If true, that would make the numbers for the US closer to 5,000 per 100,000 per year rather than 27 as given in the cite.
It is not easy to report rape everywhere.
Nice attempt at misdirection. We are talking about sexual assaults and not gender preference.
It is idiotic to believe that a few isolated crimes represent an entire nation of over one billion people.
Better that than self-hate that you display in your posts in abundant proportions. It is not big secret that liberals have a twisted psyche whereby they think that talking ill of their country makes them morally superior.
You have no idea of reality and are blindly swayed by useless "statistics" like a "reported" Rape rate of 1.8.
You think that just because you have lived in an apparently upper middle - high class family which allowed you to get a decent education and buzz off to the US, that you have a firm grasp of the ground realities.
You have ZERO idea as to what goes in the rural sections of the population, zero idea as to how much of a parallel governing system runs in various parts of India where Indian Penal code can't even permeate to and the police personnel themselves bow down to the power of Kangaroo courts like in the case of Khaps.
And please don't give me this woemen respect culture nonsense. If it mattered, the female sex ratio wouldn't be as abysmal as 940 and toddlers, some as young as 11 months wouldn't be getting sexually molested.
Tell me how many Kangaroo courts are functioning in the US like in India as in places like Haryana?
How prevalent is it in USA for a sexually harassed / raped female to be subjected to a body like the Panchayats where many a time they are even ordered to marry the guy who raped her like it is in India?
What's the number of legal cases concerning rape pending in USA as opposed to in India where cases take years to even get a date of hearing? Let alone the fact that many victims from the rural areas don't even get proper legal representation?
Don't be clueless. Please. You indeed sound like someone who hasn't lived in India for decades now.
Then don't post nonsense like "India is one of the safest places for women", a place where girls are still being killed at birth. The next time you get the time to visit India, ask your friends, family and acquaintances about how comfortable they would be to let their teenage girl go out of home after dusk. You'll realize just how CLUELESS your statement of "one of the safest places in India would sound like".
Talking ill and garnering attention towards the ills of the society is much better than turning a blind eye to the major issues of this country and claiming absolutely abhorrently nonsensical tripe like "India is one of the safest places for women" only to earn some brownie points on a message board.
You really don't have any idea, do you? Do you even know ground reality? I am from Gujrat. Where Modi is from. After becoming PM he barley visited Gujarat, but for last six months he's in Gujarat most of times Because of state election coming up. BJP afraid of loosing, where they have been in government for 26 years. Not even 100 Peoples coming in thier rallies, from where Modi is, where he should be most popular. Even they have to call UP CM Yogi. Don't be blind fan. Modi popularity has fallen big time.
Of course, a random person on the internet claiming to be an insider, from the state itself and knows everything. But you aren't the only one, there was an entire crowd of journalists around UP elections who said big things about the opposition.
