Few batsmen could ever punish bowling as devastatingly as Viv.AB,Afridi or Gayle creating the impact of a dynamite exploding.Even if not as punishing Lara and Barry were in effect as mercurial and could dissect the best attacks like a baker slicing cake to perfection.Sobers was the equivalent of a cricketing God and was the equivalent of a Beethoven or Rembrandt exploring regions in every department of the game no cricketer as done or may never do. On their day Kapil and Botham were created the energy of Hercules on a cricket field able to make a 360 degree change to the complexion of a game before you could call Jack Robinson,whether batting ,bowling or fielding.Imran ,Miller or Kallis were better all-rounders arguably but did no entertain crowds the degree Botham and Kapil did.No pace bowler took the art of bowling to such heights as Wasim Akram who resembled a magician .He took creativity to regions of divinity.No paceman attained such perfection in action as Michael Holding who resembled a Rolls Royce car.For pure speed through the air he was the ultimate paceman.
