Andrew Symonds and Hardik pandya both are similar kind of batsman , both are power hitters with good muscles, allrounders, great asset to the team in every department either batting, bowling or fielding. But I still feels Symonds having edge over hardik as his fantastic worldcup century in 2003 in clutch situation. For you who is better? ,please discuss.

Pandya wasn't part of 2023 after he got injured mid way. He was replaced by Thakur.

Symonds is far more clutch than pandy.but if you include his indiscipline, other issues he wont support/serve any time for more than 5 years .He will either break himself or the his team in the long run.He is too volatile and hostile .

IF Hardik Pandya played in this current Pakistan team he will be a completely different player,

Pandya is a good player but the riches of Indian batting and Bumrah gives him the extra confidence to excel.

We are lucky to have Hardik, he brings balance to the team which we never had before since Kapil days.

Having said that Symonds is ahead because he was a better test player than Hardik.

Symonds is also the biggest what ifs of T20, had he played in today’s cricket he might have been the greatest T20 player. Unfortunately, he was born a decade too early.
