She's a good actress, was great in the movie which Robert said and a mighty heart, tourist and changeling. Was also a part of an era where action movies were not as nonsensical as they are now lead by Dwayne Johnson. You should check out Wanted, Girl Interrupted and Kung Fu Panda really enjoyed those; the Smith movie was decent to. Lara Croft does overshadow her pedigree though, the movie shot her to stardom mostly due to her sex appeal.

There's another Tomb Raider movie out next year, Alicia Vikander (was the lead in The Danish Girl) will play the lead

She was excellent, playing a crazy girl in an institution. It was supposed to be Winona Rider's Oscar-winning vehicle, but Jolie blew her off the screen.

Cruise deserves his status as Hollywood's top movie idol in my opinion. He's been around for ages and still packs them in because he's got fantastic charisma on screen. It's weird, I've missed all of Jolie's top films, something about her just doesn't catch my interest I suppose. That Tomb raider image must be burned too deep in my psyche.

He did but not anymore in my opinion, like when was the last decent Cruise movie ? majority are one dimensional action fests and Mission Impossible reboots. Last Samurai was the last Cruise movie I loved, he's a star and it's annoying because he could be making movies which are so much better as we've seen from the 90's quality. Jolie while she hasn't made as many memorable movies like Cruise, she has made movies in the 90's which indicate that she's a very good actress who sold out for the quick buck during the 2000's and yeah I see where you're coming about the stuff in your psyche

Edge of Tomorrow is a 2014 movie... Probably best action movie of 2014..

She has had some bad press for a mistake she made while working on a project but people focus too much on that one bad thing at times when there is so much good, mad respect for Jolie she's what you call a real woman and there's a lot more good she does as you say

Minority Report is probably my favourite Cruise movie. He's like SRK, might not be the best method actor, but his movies are blockbusters because he packs in the fans. He lights up the big screen, so who's the better actor isn't really relevant.
