Amla and Williamson will also become ATG in tests but stature wise, Kohli and Root will be regarded higher and perhaps AB too.

Bowling, there is Rabada and Starc.

All rounders- Stokes and maybe Ashwin will become something like Anderson/Kumble with the ball and Shaun Pollock with the bat.

Here is a table i put some time back

What is this joke :yk

Smith is not going to get anywhere near sachin's century tally, let alone surpass it :yk

Also Smith is an average ODI player with an away average of 28, he would have a hard time crossing even 25 odi centuries

Kane williamson doesn't play enough test cricket to reach even 35 test centuries

Kohli will really have to turn his test career around to cross 40 test centuries.

You've made scoring centuries a joke, it is not a coincidence that only a handful of people have more than 35 test centuries and only 1 guy in history has more than 30 ODI century.

Batsmen- Steve Smith,Virat Kohli,Joe Root,KL Rahul,And Quinton De Kock.

Bowlers- Mitchell Starc,Kagiso Rabada,Josh Hazelwood, and Ashwin.

All rounders- Ben Stokes.

Hardik has the potential to be an ATG. Can't say for certain that he will be but has shown good potential so far.

Root might end up with 15-16K test runs at an avg of 52-53 and 11-12K ODI runs at 47-48

Smth, kohli,De kock all will be bonafide ATG's.....not sure about kane though he might end up in a Amla league

Starc is just a narrow margin away fro ATG tag in ODI and Rabada has the potential too

bro what are you saying?

Stark is already an ATG, helped his team win a world cup, man of the tournament, deadly stats, and boy is there more to come or what!

Stark is like bond, if shane bond had won new zealand the 2003 world cup but retired at that same age because of injury then many would hailed bond as an ATG.

Stark has destroyed batsmens on roads, batsmen wielding mamoth bats compared to the past, with 2 new balls, less reverse swing.

Yes sir, all predictions are optimistic ones. I create first version of that document around an year back (added Pandya and Rahul later). I also wanted to look at players who will contribute in all three formats. Ashwin used to play in all three formats that time, but doesn't contribute much in LOIs nowadays. Three format restriction is also one of the reasons there are not any bowlers listed above as very few are successful in all three formats (May be Starc is an exception)

Since then i see that
- Kane is going to play around 4 test matches in next 18 months
- Virat's Test form is very inconsistent
- Smith has not really improved that much in LOIs
- Rahul has not taken off in LOIs
- Stokes bowling in LOIs has become pretty ordinary. He has also not gone to contribute much in T20is

i have not made much changes to numbers as that would't be much fun. It will be great to see where they end up a decade from now

These numbers don't make Pandya or Shakib ATG's.

If those numbers hold then Panday will end up with around 17000 International runs and 650 wickets. Looking at the strike rate at which he will score them he would have won a lot of matches. In his short career he has already won or influenced few matches. Same with Shakib, he will end up with 20000 international runs and 875 wickets. not many allrounders have better than those. Kallis ended up with 24000 runs and around 600 wickets. His impact in LOIs was quite minimal whereas Pandya with his strike rates will have a much bigger impact in LOIs. Shakib can potentially end up better than Kallis in his overall numbers, he already has around 10000 runs and 480 wickets.

Again, all these players can potentially contribute in all three formats (Ashwin has degraded in LOIs, since i first created this list) which makes them that much more valuable and potentially complete cricketers, compared to one format ATGs of the past

Is this an ATG list predictions? You don't see so many names even in two decades.

Shadab Khan... the guy has got everything required to become an ATG.... only two things can stop him from becoming an ATG :
PCB
Fixing (other issues like doping scandals etc)

Also he is a proper Batsman but the problem is he doesn't bat like that.

He's not but definitely he will if he can stay away from injuries

He didn't even has 150 wickets yet,he played more than 50% of games in his home turf and took more than half of his carrier wickets their

Agree that he had a sensational world cup and played a pivotal role in fact the most important one but that wasn't enough to claimed as an ATG, for that he need to perform all over the world and need to win some more matches for the country

As compared to his compeer's his gap to ATG tag is very negligible though
