Yeah, 150+ is a good lead to aim for.

India has put itself in a tough spot here by scoring a below-par total and not doing enough during the night session.
 
Aus got this test. Bumrah alone can't win matches.

200 runs to just kill the game. Just need to play BUmrah carefully and even he is not going to be the same when bowling 4th/5th spells. Others have looked not so impresive with pink ball.
 
Rohit under-bowled Bumrah this morning. Just 5 overs, could have given him 1-2 more overs when Head was fresh at the crease

7 wickets in hand and runs almost eaqual, it's already ugly.

Just need to keep batting there. Bat two sessions and test will be pretty much done.

Indian getting sub par total had Indian on back foot from start.

Don't forget nz embarrassment which no other indian captain went through.Rohit scoring more than 10 runs or surviving more than 30 balls is almost an impossible task.even in odi's he won't survive beyond pp in the name of intent.Jaiswal can easily eclipse whatever he is doing in odi matches .Jurel can play in middle order in test matches.Kohli should also leave with out more embarrassment to his name.

Naw he plays tests in an odi fashion, Plays odi in a t20 fashion and plays t20 in a t 10 fashion.

This is how he normally plays in tests.

He should have dropped after that series to be honest. I think I read somewhere that he was saying one series loss after so many wins is fine or something simialr as if all those series wins were done by him, lol. I don't think Indian loses all tests at home so easily.

I dind't follow entire series but saw intial part. He didn't look like a player who wanted to play test cricket in NZ series. He was treating it like ODI. Last test, it was openers from Indian who showed patience to kill the game, you got to do that at times and not just swing your bat.

100-150 lead will be very hard for India to over come. 6 wickets so Aus should get that unless Bumrah has one of those spells.

Yah, it was esiest to bat right now and he had done the hard work. Anyway, his runs were very important after Bumrah gun spell. It made sure that Aus will take a big lead.
