we should do better as we mature as a test nation.

lol right .

I would love to see your team when the likes of Sanga and Jaya retire . you where a half decent team cos BCCI saved chucky from getting banned .

S Marsh looks completely out of it. He dropped Vijay as well 1st innings. Twice lol. Cost Aus 100 odd runs.

I'm pretty optimistic of our chances in Aus, I think if we have Milne ready (sounds pretty unlikely at this point) we could really win the series.

Henry is another who could be ready come the Aus series, an attack of Southee, Boult, Henry, Milne and Anderson would be fantastic for us.

Tbh India have made Aus look better than they really are.

They've crumbled twice now when they had Aus on the ropes.

well u should it see it soon. i dont think we can be worse than this indian team so i suggest u worry about ur own team.

going back to the original point, i'd rather go to the boxing day test looking forward to a battle. india is rolling over atm.

MnM finishes it off in style. 2-0 to the Aussies then well played. SnM to get the chop tho I would think.

Aus have been underwhelming the past 2 series, I thought they would have smashed India, instead it's India who have thrown away 2 winning opportunities.

what are ppl saying about the next test team? not kidding, genuinely curious.

On Australian forums- want to drop Haddin, Watson, Marsh and Starc. With Mitch Marsh probably missing from injury.

Poor old Phillip. Would be a walk up start.

Umpiring and MJ's batting was the difference between two sides yet. Indians have bowled brilliantly in second innings, well fought. :14:

Which Marsh?

Starc will probably go out for Harris anyway.

turning point was india launching the all out sledging barrage and the short pitched barrage at johnson, finally woke him up with bat and ball.

I found this so funny. They picked the worst bloke to sledge, because Mitch without anger is ordinary, but Beast Mode Mitch is something to be reckoned with. They should have sledged Watson or someone else.

They are extremely anit-indian. Worse than PP members lol

If you think this is bad, you haven't heard them commentate during the Ashes or during a Test with SA or NZ. They've been pretty soft on India thus far.

I find it funny that some of our overseas members were saying this and the Adelaide Tests were going to be draws after Day 2 :))

Aus wickets are usually not draws.

for me India are the moral winners of this match. should have got a 50 run lead, but conceded lead only because of aussie tailenders. otherwise australia would be chasing 300.

moral victory: india 2, australia 0.

I'm looking at the scorecard right now. Which column do I find the Moral Victory in? I can't seem to locate it.

Adelaide was mostly down to the ballsy declaration by Clarke tho.

60 overs were lost to rain/bad light at Adelaide. The match wasn't really close, Aussies lost only 12 wickets in the game and so this extra 60 overs would have meant a target of 500 odd for India. The possibility of draw or Indian win was never on without the rain.

Fair point. India prolly would have had to face another 20-30 overs for a draw I guess, if it wasn't for the interruptions.

India should learn to finish off games after having the opposition on mat.

Aus are 2-O up. Now the indian shoulders will drop and india will once again be whitewashed under dhoni.

Hope both bowling attacks are at full strength could be on hell of a series, i think it's 3 tests this time as well although one will be the day night gimmick test.
