Should be a walk in the park for Australia.

Looking forward to this, don't expect much from India, I expect Aus to bowl them out for under 300 and chase it

This is going to be fun. Will tell us if India truly are top 3 contenders for the cup, by not necessarily winning but being competitive. Will show whether the other 2 subcontinental teams should be worried about the conditions/pitches for ODIs in Aus based on how India performs here.

India are going to get flogged. Overrated bunch of rockstars.

What ??? :)))

These are the stats of SL,PAK and IND , against Australia in Australia for last 5 years.

SL - won 8 , lost 6
IND - won 1, lost 3
PAK - won 0, lost 5

SL have dominated Aussies in Australia during the last 5 years or so. :109:

Team's changed a lot in the last 5 years, and I wasn't implying that India is superior to Pak or SL against Australia. It's the only Asian team playing in Aus prior the world cup where the majority of the tournament is held, so whether or not their batsmen struggle against the conditions or not will give us a good idea of what to expect of the conditions/pitch (e.g. everyone was expecting green tops for the tests and they turned out to be roads).

Well, we can certainly get an idea about how the pitches behave. But the performance of the Indian ftbs has no bearing on how SL/PAK will play in the WC.

Its because Australia don't care about matches with Sri Lanka.

2 top ODI teams. Can't believe I'm actually looking forward to this. The England game was boring and one-sided.

Hope India gets trashed. It's a travesty that they have spent 30 days practicing in Australia ahead of the WC. ICC should be ashamed for blatant favoritism.

Sandhu is playing, let's see is he just indian trundler by origin or is also similar bowling wise as well, it will be biggest suprise for of to see a world class indian origin fast bowler after kapil, what you guys think of him guys?

Gurinder Sandhu gets his Aussie cap, Sandhu will get thrashed. India chooses to bat, India need to score well above 320 to have any chance

Umesh over Ishant, recipe of disaster? I think umesh single handedly gonna cost Ind this match with his super fast super accurate bowling.

Will be interesting if Starc bowls with the ball swinging.

Umesh is a run-leaking machine. David Warner must be licking his lips.

Expecting a big performance from Dhawan. He hasn't scored in a while.

It's going to be hilarious if the best Indian quick on the park is playing for Australia.

Dhawan the hack always looked like a rabbit in the middle.

virat batted at no4 in the last series also he said due to MSD's absence the middle order was weak so wanted to stay at no4 but whats the reason now? or its a long term thing we might see him no4 regularly

Why are the Indians cheering their batsmen being exposed by STarc?

The team management realised his weakness against swing. That is the reason.

I'd love to see Starc bowl like this with the red ball.

Half worried Starc is peaking too early, WC final is months away.

Cummins dont look that fast he is bowling over 145ks...wow.

India probably trying all three openers at the order to see who should be opening in WC.
