at least australia can have solace in the fact the indian bowlers will also be bowling on this pitch

Now Dhoni has to look to bat 15 overs and finish well, next in would be Axar Patel

Tailunt on 99* with a super classy wristy single. Goodness me, what elegance.

Tailunt has only 5 ODI hundreds.

2 of them are double hundreds.

1 of them is 264!

Tailunt is still better than ur whole pakistan team

hold on your horses mate, we shall see who is how much talented, come the feb 15, my pick is harris sohail to be leading scorer of match if he come to bat before 30th over so that he have enough time.

The curators really are laying on some flat tracks for the batters this summer. If it continues then India and Sri Lanka become serious threats at the World Cup.

I'm pleased for Rohit Sharma. I wish India's selectors would just stick with him at Test level and give him a chance to blossom.

One more wicket we will struggle to play out the overs ...these guys will have to go steady from next 2-3 overs

Ohh god stop whining . Irrespective of the pitch is India is one of the favs here

7 off that over, 10 overs left

India will aim to make at least 90 and get to around 296

dhoni should atleast rotate the strike if he doesn't feel like going for the boundaries

For sure mate, i have no doubt that he will be leading scorer with the ball :))

Flat pitches home grounds and channel 9 commentary team...anything less than a WC will be a massive choke and underperformance from the Aussies...

Though I like many of your posts and your point of view, at times I really wonder whether you really have been watching cricket since the 80s as you claim to be......

Last match England lost 10 wkts, AUS lost 7 wkts...... was not a flat track
Suddenly today, even without waiting for India's innings to end you have announced its a flat track.... why? Coz some Indians have scored a few runs :kohli

Yes South Africa, England, Pakistan, WI, NZ and I think SL all managed it.

How does that matter at all? Indian ODI team has normally underachieved in Australia so fans celebrate it more than routine wins elsewhere. What relevance does other teams' performance has here?

Similar to how Australians celebrated their India series victory a lot more than their success in, for example, SL.

Struggling to see your point here.

There's just been no lateral movement of the ball all summer off the pitch. None.

So Sanjay Manjrekar is saying that South Africa is the only challenging team for India in league stage
