One of the biggest matches of the group stage.

Aussie pace attack looks awesome, but they don't have any decent spinners. Sri Lanka are stronger in the spin department.

Both have about equal batting line-ups, with strong hitters.

Hopefully it will be a fascinating match. Would like to see a good display by Sri Lanka, and hopefully beat the Aussies.

I'd have preferred Perera over Silva. If Mathews goes for runs they'll have to bowl the spinners inside the powerplay itself.

i am totally agree with you. toss has already decided the result of the game. chasing in day night in srilanka against 3 spinners, for australia dream on. i think there is more chance amir will be back in pakistan team in 6 months then, australia chasing down any total over 200 runs.

This is Australia. A team that hasn't lost at any World Cup venue for well over a decade, in loads of countries.

Just a prediction based on last 16 matches here,which i had told before-15 won batting first,one batting 2nd and that match was sri lanka vs kenya when kenya batted first.If they win of course a well deserved applause.

No yaar actually i made only one change.these 3 players were there from the last match.i have to an extent less changes remaining for next 10 days.watson,mahela,malinga were there already.and reg tait,i had only certain amount of cash left for today and the only bowler i could fit in was tait,otherwise would have gone with murali or johnson.

Majority of 2 decades ?? Dravid,, Laxman, Sehwag, Ganguly all 'scored' runs outside of their habitat unlike players like my main man Samarawerra.....

If Australia win, then we are almost guarenteed 2nd or 1st place. That way we are almost guarenteed to miss India and SA, because they'll probably finish 1 and 2.

They have fallen from grace, but only in Test cricket, as far as ODIs go they are still number 1, but I feel South Africa can beat them.
