Hmmm Pakistan have lost a solid opening bat in these conditions in Imam, due to injury.
But presumably they will pick another pacer over Wahab, which will likely be an improvement.
Yasir looks like he has bowled himself into form, after looking like he was a bit short of matchplay in the first innings.
Australia will have improved confidence and experience.
Theoretically the Marsh boys are due runs- but their careers are a litany of false dawns and disappointments.
Our ability to take 20 wickets remains the issue. I'll back Lyon to get among some wickets.
Not sure about Holland- if it's dusty he might just have a career best day and jag a fifer but realistically he's a chip in a couple of wickets kind of guy.
Siddle is not going to run through a lineup in the UAE.
We'll really rely on Starc trapping a batsman or two early with the new ball with his yorkers or driving at a sucker ball outside off. Then I still believe he is capable of running through a tail with reverse if we can get through to a tail while he is still relatively fresh.
There is a path for Oz to win- some luck for Starc early on, Lyon to do a job and pick steady wickets and either one of those to run off the tail. Wickets from the others will just help along.
But if they can regather, I still fancy Pakistan. Big test for Sarfraz & Mickey to pick the group back up. Realistically they had two inside edges bounce just wide of the stumps that would have ended the game, or had they declared 40 runs earlier, they would have probably had time to win it also. They outplayed Oz for 4 days, not the other way around.
