Personally, it's still Mohammad Amir for me although Hassan is catching up quickly.

Along with Haris I feel we have a golden generation coming up.

I skimmed through the list of names and was a bit annoyed that you didn't put Hasan, but read it again and there he was the main man, Hasan Ali.


Hasan is by far my favourite Pakistani cricketer at the moment. Closely followed by Yasir and Sarfaraz.


The rest of the names on your list are all so exciting that it is hard to separate one from the other.

Hasan and Shadab brings loads of energy to this young team and are the prime reason for revival of Pakistan ODI Cricket...Hasan may not be the most skillful bowler, but he has the biggest heart, passion and energy he has makes him such a great cricketer...

Amir and Babar are the most skillful players we have, they have the highest potential. Future of this team will rest of their rise, more so then others. Against top talent they have to perform at their best, others will feed off of them...

Although he may not be as entertaining as shadab or hasan it feels so nice having a Pakistani batsman breaking records and being at the top of the rankings alongside the top ODI batsmen.

Hasan just seems like a wonderful, simple character and the way that he expresses himself with pure unchained passion on the pitch is immensely exciting. Ask me a year ago which one I would have expected to reach these heights (ICC tournament player of the tournament, #1 ODI Ranking) and the last name from the aforementioned quartet I'd expect to do so was Hasan, so his meteoric rise definitely gives him extra points in my book.

Shadab Khan overall. He is unplayable with the ball, good with the bat, splendid in the field and boy does he have confidence. Only 19 years old and he is rocking limited over cricket.
But love all these guys.
Hasan Ali= best fast bowler and funniest entertainer in the team
Babar Azam= finally a batsmen who can definitely challenge the best in the world
Mohammad Amir= his spells and aggression will always remain a threat
Fakhar Zaman= an aggressive batsman, who is capable of doing wonders
Usman Shinwari= aggressive bowler and hard working lad

Great to see a diverse set of responses. Just goes to show that Pakistan is far from a one-man team at the moment and not only have all these names in the OP contributed to our success on the field, they have also developed equally big fan-bases due to their performances.

Then you have Haris, Junaid, Imad, Raees, Shinwari, Imam, Sarfaraz, Azhar, Shafiq, Riaz, Shah, Abbas, Sami, etc. What depth!
