Moreover, there is huge pressure now to count the votes once again in the presence of the polling agents. In few constituencies that it was allowed, the rigging was clearly caught and results were officially changed. But afterwards surprisingly Election Commission has denied counting in any other constituency. Why?

Even the Election Rules are themselves going against Election Commission which say if margin of winning votes are less than 5% of total casted votes (or less than 10 thousand votes), then it is the right of the defeated candidate to demand the recounting.

It may be that due to pressure of recounting, now efforts have been made to destroy the evidence by setting many votes in fire. It may be right, or it may be wrong. But the biggest issue at moment is why Election Commission didn't appear even after 7-8 hours, and why it has stopped the recounting process and denied ALL the requestion of recounting after the initial few recounts?

Please you answer us on behalf of election commission if you deem election commission to be free of rigging.

So you know more about these elections than the EU observers? There comments on the fairness was limited to the uneven playing field before hand, which basically meant that crooks like NS and Maryam should have been allowed to contest. If you are talking about whatever happened after the software broke down( brought by NS), the PTI were in the lead against Khawaja Asif and Rana the Qatil and amazingly they both won next day.
Elections are only "fair and clean" in PK when the crooks win, not the ones that care for the country.

Firstly election commission prohibited to carry the phones or cameras (for which they had no reason as they are no weapons).

Then PTI asking us to bring the Video proofs that polling agents were expelled or counting not done in front of them. It was told to them cameras and mobiles were not allowed inside the polling station, but they don't accept this truth.

And now still few videos have been made. But PTI supporters are now telling they will accept no Video proof while Nawaz team is making the false videos.

* Initially election commission allowed recount in few constituencies, and indeed rigging was found and thus election commission had to change the results after the recounting.

* But then suddenly election commission denied ALL the new demands of recounting.
And election commission had denied it against it's own Law which give right to the loosing candidate to go in recounting process if the difference of votes is less than 10 thousand votes.

Here we have difference of votes in few hundreds, and the numbers of discarded votes in thousands, but still election commission denied the recounting without giving any reason and also against it's own law.

If you still claim election commission to be Fair, then please answer us here on the behalf of election commission.

Not really, since no one knows if those papers were stamped secretly, and then burned when they couldn't find a way to get them into the ballot box.

Please note, if PPP made these ballot papers, then there would have only been for the PPP candidate. But here few are of PPP and few are of MQM. This shows it was not a falsification from any party.

We have a media that would rather be happy with spreading rumours than actually informing people about key issues. We have political parties and their supporters who would rather cry rigging than accept the defeat. I’m sorry to say this, but an investigation is the maximum you can have. Moreover, let’s say those were genuine ballot papers, but what if they were votes for PTI?

* Excuse presented by election commission is totally lame. Electronic System freez had absolutely nothing to do with the expulsion of the polling agents and counting in front of them, and then handing over to them the form 45, while all this is a manual process.

System should not be broken under the name of Halal rigging. Our judiciary should be totally free and independent of the dark state. This so called Halal Rigging is only going to bring hatred and sympathies for the others.

Firstly I do not believe rigging took place that is the most important point. What drama's are you talking about here? Martial law has been tried and tested which is why it should never return. The guilty have to be punished according to democratic values. I am suggesting that it is the Sharif's and co who were and are trying to play dirty politics by undermining the elections claiming rigging took place. If that is the case that they were on the verge of cheating to success then nothing wrong in treating them the same way. No rigging is acceptable at all but sometimes if the other side keeps cheating then something has to be done about it. You seem to be suggesting that PTI and co should have happily let Shahbaz and Zardari form a cheating alliance again then the shoe would have been on the other foor with PTI again crying over rigging. There is no concrete evidence that PTI rigged anything rather IK is more then happy for an independent investigation to be carried out. Shahbaz and Zardari know that they are also in great danger of joining Nawaz in prison hence these allegations.
