Baluchistan actually has a strong batting lineup.. glad they sent their worst bats up top to get them out of the way
 
Fakhar has improved his off-side game. When he we saw him in the PSL he was trying to hit even off-side wides onto the leg side.

Rahat ali is a good test bowler who can swing the ball at pace.. Only Rahat and Amir can use the new ball in tests... I dont see anything wrong in mickey asking for rahat...

he plays good cover drives, I saw him in the last Pakistan cup, he played some good shots towards the off-side
 
I haven't been following domestic cricket but has PCB made any changes to improves this years tournament?

Mir Hamza should have gotten a chance instead of Rahat, he also got same pace, and he's good with the new ball too

Yeah man I haven't been watching cricket for the last 18-20 years, thanks for telling me about Rahat Ali. I'm eager to see what he is all about, I'm excited about this new prospect.
 
only just two shots on the offside for fakhar in cricket book... sahibzada looks much better than Fakhar but very little footwork, need to improve as he has age in his side..

I cant find much fault with asking for rahat if you have aamir and wahab in your test squad. all of them or none of them, if we want to look at it by figures.

he did ok in ANZ for the chances he got in tests...another inconsistent selection... Rahat and Sohail khan have always been the third seamer for them after amir and wahab being the first choice..

bhai dont take so seriously... if the pace battery for tests is amir, wahab and two untested right arm pacers (Abbas and hasan ali) then rahat fits the bill for me to add to the pace team as extra... and he did well in the limited chances he got in ANZ ....nothing wrong much in mickey asking for rahat...
 
So, what's the verdict on Sahibzada Farhan. I am not watching the game live.

Decent technique - not great but much better than Fakhar Zaman and Bismillah Khan. Just like every other Pakistan batsman he plays too many shots straight to fielders playing out a lot of dot balls. But has some power and hit a few shots. He definitely has potential.
 
Must say Arsal has a perfect clean action & he looks genuine 20-21
 
Did anyone watch Ghulam Mudassar bowl today? According to one of the commentators, "he has changed his action quite a bit and has lost his pace".
 
Umar Amin, Saad ali and Haris Sohail... Should take all these three left handers into the squad and under MICKEY's guidance...
 
so although Kami screwed up by removing the bails but the play is not dead?
