Bangladesh beat Zimbabwe in 1st ODI by 145 runs

Zimbabwe is master of releasing pressure. Keep bowling in leg sides. BD is wasting her time to play against such a useless team. Instead they should play with Afghanistan. It would be more competitive.

I would take Zimbabwe over Afghanistan any day of the week. Afghanistan team won't stand a chance against our pace attack.

LOL Bangladesh struggling against Zimbos.Anything less than 300 would be an embarrassment
 
Bangladesh might win the series because Zimbos are having burnout.They are playing back to back cricket since May

Zimbabwe fought back but score is already too much for them. Mustafiz will take another 6 wickets.

i am not sure which match you have been following but zimbabwe have put in a lot of effort in the field. Some of the missed chances were a bit too much even for NZ fielders

They hardly miss fielded in this match in fact they were very good on the fielding. That golfer cum cricketer Creamer fielded superbly.

Zimbabwe did well at the end. But in the middle they missed some catches,misfielding, chances of run out etc. Hope it will not be one sided match and Zimbabwe can score at least 200.
 
A very dull-day. I still expect Bangladesh to win this with ease. Zimbabwe have played well. Do not forget that Bangladesh are missing Sarker, Rubel, Taskin...We are a strong ODI outfit.
 
I feel today BD was very cautious and may be pitch is bit sluggish and not easy to bat on but there was lack of attacking mindset from the batsman which BD shown in recent past against big teams. Lets see how well they do with the bowl.

Can't see Zimbabwe can score over 175. BD was over relaxed.
 
This is Zimbabwe!! One or two good stroke and then get out. A typical minnow.

He was tested and action was found illegal. It may seem like that because of his arm not being like that of regular bowlers but definitely not chucking right now.

TBH, sunny looks a bit like he chucks, but not sure if more than 15 degrees

Not chucking all off his deliverys, its the 1 he tries to move away from the right handers- that looks like a chuck.
 
Once again Zimbabwe struggling against spin bowling. They were whitewashed in all formats on their last tour of Bangladesh and we all saw how poorly they played our spinners recently.

Forget Zimbabwe, we were moping the floor against SA not too long ago - what good will Zimbabwe do? I really wish Brendan Taylor will return to Zimbabwe. Even if ZC doesn't pay him, PSL, BPL, CPL will buy him over time and he will get decent money. His Zim tag earned him a lot of respect

Not really!!! But Zimbabwe Cricket board is responsible for their downfall by not paying their players.

they have basically put around 10 million USD into their own pockets. It is rather sad, the state of Zimbabwe cricket. I hope they get better regardless of how bleak the future might seem. Cricket world can't afford to lose Zimbabwe right now. Zimbabwe has few educated fans, 2 decent stadiums, facilities, and some talented cricketers, don't want this poor cricket world to lose out any more
