Shadab was always playing this tournament I don't have problem with that. My problem is we needed a proper spinner in this tournament, you know someone who actually spins the ball. But apparently Nawaz the darter is the right option.

I am no ones fan for life... he is not performing so he will be criticized. Nobody performing is no excuse.
 
See i was a spinner for my club team in UK. I always had field up and had slips early on to make the batsmen feel uncomfortable and guessfull. I dont like spinners have negative field because u cant get wickets like that. Must apply pressure on batsmen with close fielders and choke them for runs just like saeed ajmal used to do.

Azhar Ali was groomed to be Misbah's successor and failed miserably when he took his chance.

Sarfaraz's captaincy has been a breathe of fresh air.

Will never forget the difference between the 2016 ODI series (Azhar) and the T20 in Manchester (Sarfaraz)- pretty much the same team but the captaincy and intensity in the field was worlds apart.

Sarfraz isn't performing. Neither as a captain nor as a batsman yet you support him and that too rather vocally
 
How useless are these new Bangladeshi batsmen. Not one has emerged after Tamim, Mushfiqur, Shakib and Mahmudullah.

Maybe in the next PSL season we should actually give captaincy to a few youngsters instead of retired stars. Like I mean look at India they have like 4 options for captaincy in their team because of IPL - Rohit, Dhawan, Dhoni, Kohli.

I have been plenty critical of him. I just don't need to go overboard and call him specialist captain.
 
I really do not mind Bangladesh scoring a few runs even though our spin attack is questionable. A low scoring game just like the one we had against Hong Kong will not allow the batsmen to come out of their negative mindset.

I have to say Sarfraz is rubbish man. We might lose this game, as our English Coach has opted to drop a specialist spinner for 2 batsmen with combined contribution of 5, but here PAK has allowed to score 70 in 13 overs, from a start of 12/3 in 7th over.

I hope Pankha base don't call my family's name one by one if we lose this game, but this is unacceptable.

Not a big fan of Bilal but yes Irfan as well. The thing about the players I mentioned though is that they have all been on the radar for about two years and none of them are playing cricket for Pakistan!
 
Can't belive our batting has become so pathetic in recent past. Top order failed to contribute almost in every single match. From scoring 280/300 on a consistent basis to Struggling to post 250 on a placid surface. Batting coach needs to be fired immediately

Sarfraz Ahmed is a breath fresh air no doubt but his captaincy has been a question mark in this cup. I really hope he becomes better in the coming series for us to do well in WC. I am not against him but he is not using PAK bowlers with right field set.
 
260 should be minimum here.

This is a nothing bowling attack even against a Bangladesh B side.

Sarfraz is a exception I guess. Jokes aside. Shadab and Hasan look shadow of the of bowlers they was last year. They either need to be rested and told to go work on there game. Need to make some big calls after this Asia cup hope inzi has the cohonas for it . Nawaz amir need to be dropped shinwari should only be picked on pitches assisting seam movement. Need to groom a few spinners. Sarfraz Captaincy should also come under scrutiny.

Yes you guys are short of one spinner. Mehdi has to step up and Rubel is your x-factor. He should open the bowling today.

Yup!Amir along with the shodda Hassan should be sent to domestics for some good reality check.Even the domestic players might tonk them around for fun!
 
Why r these idiots playing shots in the air. Do they have any brain or what? R they planning to post 300 on the board? I don't understand why most of our batters lack basic common sense.
 
Definitely missing a potent spinner. Maybe we need Afridi to just play as a number 11 and bowl his leggies. Still a better threat than Shadab
 
Another top innings under pressure from Mushfiqur Rahim. Second best middle-order batsman in Asia.
 
Shadab Khan was more interested in his swag hairstyle before the tournament rather than actually sharpening up his skills

Not at this point hasn't played cricket in a while, any of the young spinners would have done.
 
Shadab must be carrying an injury because this is poor from him.
