I perfectly sympathise with you but everybody or more precisely every ethnicity gets kidnapped in Karachi by MQM not just Punjabi's. Besides MQM is not so strong nowadays.

Keep your mobile in one of those zip pockets that you can see at all times. It's difficult for someone to take your phone then.

You prolly we born in a well off area. My khala also lives in Karachi and she lives in what you consider an upper class area and is safe. But ask yourself that can you go to localities like Layari and come out safe?
