Stokes has a strike rate of 58, just about same or minutely worse than Jimmy and Broad.

A bowling AVG of 31 compared to Sobers 34.

Another point is if Sobers opened the bowling on occasions and he was good enough to do that, then his wickets per tests should be higher. It is 235/93, probably 2.5 which is again same as Stokes.

The argument is whether Stokes is a genuine all-rounder? Does he walks into team as batsmen or bowler alone?

The answer is Yes. He probably walks as a fielder as well.

Well he is surely ma king a case of being a GOAT of the game every match he plays.

For me he is a top 5 cricketer 2010 onwards without a doubt.
