I think Afg players are in awe of big name players like Kohli, Rohit and Pandya. Once these old players go away, the aura of Indian team reduces and they will start beating India also. Just a matter of time.

Afghanistan definitely has a chip on their shoulders when playing Pakistan. They always play like they have a point to prove. Not so much against other teams. No such enmity.

Expensive luxuries that won't make any difference. Improve FC by improving competition, better pay, more matches and better pitches with pace and bounce.
For the international team Appoint a Director of cricket with vision and overall control of selection and strategy. He then appoints coaches and captain.
