Joffra Archer for example just meanders into the bowling crease , but still bowls 150.
Another example would be Ashoke Dinda who run in like Waqar and bowls with pace of Stuart Binny.

Any other bowlers ?

Shami runs like he is injured but still manages around 142 avg speed. In few matches he has got around 147 - 148 kph as well.

Andre Russell used to bowl around 147 - 148 speed in ipl till 2016.

The first name which came to my mind when I read thread title was 'Ashok Dinda'

That guy used to jump to the moon and back in his delivery stride and then bowl a 120k thunderbolt!!

Sohail Khan.

The grunts, huffs and puffs during run up can be picked from the stump mic and then you see a scrawny little Mahela Jayawardene smash his 120 k pies for 4s and 6s lol

When I first saw Sohail Khan, a tall, very strongly built fast bower with a long and fast run up, I was expected a 150 plus delivery, what a saw was a total let down, 128-132 pace, :ishant

Archer is a one of a kind gifted bower. Supreme athlete, wonderfully rhythmic run up and classy upright easy action, and naturally gifted fast arm speed. No wonder he has such a good control and generates pace without much effort.

Mohit Sharma makes loud noises like he is going to bowl 150+ but in end its around 130 - 135.

Wasim, Andre Adams, Simon Jones and Mark Wood are a few that come to mind.

Haha! Sohail Khan is super irritating.

I'd say Wasim Akram. With a short run up he definitely hurried the batsmen.

Neil Wagner a couple of years ago would run in like Waqar Younis but bowl it at 130, now he's increased his pace though.

Dinda comes to mind. Most of his wickets were caught at the boundary in T20's at least.

Wahab has a pretty short run up but obviously bowls at express pace.

Sohail khan the worst. Mark wood and jofra archer have short run ups but the pace they bowl is really incredible. For me dale steyn has best run up. He runs with such intensity very pleasing to watch.

Mark Wood came to mind. Such a short run up but he generates so much pace

Shapoor Zadran and Anderson were pretty nippy earlier. It is a case of age catching up with them.

Ive forgotten the name of the new Kiwi express bowler who was bowling 155kmh against Pakistan. He has a military/medium pace bowlers run up but absolutely thunderbolts them in!

Lockie Ferguson

Neil Wagner.

Looks like he will blow the batsman apart but rarely crosses 135+.

There was this Bangladesh bowler Shahadat Hossain IIRC , who runs in and grunts like Akhtar and eventually resulted in a jaw dropping 128 kmph. He beat Rahul Dravid for pace once and got hit on his chin , retiring from the match. The difference was Dravid was beaten by lack of pace.

There was a Pakistani bowler who they took to play the 2013 champions trophy. He had the run up of a Pakistani Usain bolt but he was just about 130kmh

Did anyone remember Courtney Walsh from West Indies??
He was a perfect example of it. Just jogging/walking towards the batting crease and then release a thunderbolt.
For those who couldn't remember do check his bowling on youtube. very relaxed bowling action and bowler :-)

Shane Bond. His run up did not suggest he'd be that quick. Same for Michael Holding, easy run up but lethal delivery.

Tanvir Ahmed 2013 South Africa Test match. That was one of the most shameful days in our cricketing history

Are you talking about Asad Ali??

Kemar Roach pre accident.
He used to gently jog in before effortlessly delivering 145kph deliveries.

Wasim Akram post 1999, short run up while easily bowling upto 145

Tapash Baisiya from Bangladesh, ran in with so much venom yet would bowl at 120s

Shahadat Hossain from Bangladesh

Nuwan Kulasekara earlier in his career.

Matthew Wade

Charl Langeveldt

Sourav Ganguly

Ryan Sidebottom

Irfan Pathan post 2005

Sohail Khan

Aizaz Cheema

Shapoor Zadan ran in like Shoaib Akhtar while bowled like Tanvir Ahmed

Trent Boult in his first couple of years would run in very fast while his pace was barely in low 130s
