It's a farce that India is allowed to get all this experience on Aussie pictches this close to the world cup. Absolute joke.

Lanka is also getting it.

England is also smartly playing odi's.

Wndes and SA are also playing on bouncy pitches.

So except for Pak, everyone is playing.

Our players always play their best cricket with little to no preparation. The lower the expectations, the better they'll play.

This should be a good match. An exciting English side taking on the WC favourites. Too bad the timing of this series sucks for people in North America.

Starc isn't test standard yet but he is a world class limited overs bowler

Starc looks a completely different bowler in colored clothing lol.

Will tear top 3 like a hot knife through butter if we ever face him this WC.

Starc is great. Sad that he doesn't get the love he deserves from the Aussie public.

Starc gets the love he deserves. He is highly rated in ODI and T20I cricket

Should be treated like a champion bowler in tests and he'll become one.

Another one gone and Cook is smiling from ear to ear!

A dud root today

We'll treat him like a champion bowler in tests when he becomes one. Getting a pretty generous run by the selectors in that format.

152 kph! By Cummins, Australia are going to have by far the fastest pace attack in the WC

Loving Ali's approach. This guy is going to play his natural game.

:)) looked like pitches and conditions certainly changed now for england. But it will be some how flat again for india.

The Indians do not play swing better than the English batsmen. India would be 4 down by now in these conditions.

The best too.

They lack a spinner (but the conditions might negate this weakness?), South Africa also have a good attack- Steyn, Morkel, Tahir (is a good LOI bowler), Philander (is ok too).

Keep on dreaming...Virat Kohli will smash these trundlers,oh sorry! so called fast boilers out of the park. At best they can only get the wicket of Rohit sharma

Spin is a weakness but the depth of their pace attack edges it in their favour, IMO. South Africa are second best surely if not first.

LOL! We all saw how Kohli handled swing in the ODIs against Pakistan and South African and tests against England. Would be exposed once again here.

Can't believe Starc and Cummins are being called trundlers. Silliest statement made in this thread. Watch the match.

There was no swing in ODIs against South Africa, Tests on the other hand had plenty of it for the first 2 days, and Kohli scored an amazing hundred.

Faulkner and Watson bring this England attack down. Will be a different prospect with MJ back.

Are you kidding me, that has nothing to do with his comment..that 183 was on a road of a track

Road or not, a great score is a great score. chasing 326, on a high profile game, any batsman from your current batting lineup can do that?

I was talking about swing bowling. Kohli's credentials on flat tracks are well known and respected.

These two can get England back in the game quite easily if allowed to stick around for long.

In the Asia cup? :yk

If you think that the ball moved sideways even an inch during that match, you're severely deluded.

Don't worry mate, a world cup is coming, will see how good your pacers are. We have already witnessed them in CT, junaid khan was treated as spinner by hack like Dhawan and Rohit despite bowling at 140+ ks. The ball moved side ways there, then what happened to your bowlers? If your comparing english batters with Indians then it is you who is in delusion. They got bounced out by Ishant sharma of all people :)), no wonder they are struggling here, where as India has been a top odi side and always will be.

Pakistan top order shouldn't have to face a pitch like this.

They will crumble too easy.

I find the Pakistani love affair with Amla/ Moeen just as troubling as the Indians disliking Moeen

Chill dude. No need to bring up your upcoming loss to Pakistan in all this.

What part of my original statement did you not understand?

What has bounce got to do with anything in this match? It has all been down to swing bowling up until now.
