IHC Voids Chairman NADRA’s Dismissal

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court has suspended notification regarding dismissal of Chairman NADRA Tariq Malik.

The federal government earlier today had sacked Chairman National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Tariq Malik, citing his dual nationality, and had appointed Director General NADRA Sindh Brigadier (retd) Zahid as acting NADRA Chief.

Tariq Malik challenged his dismissal in Islamabad High Court and sought early hearing of the case.

The IHC bench headed by Justice Noorul Haq Qureshi declared dismissal of Tariq Malik, and appointment of Brig (R) Zahid Hussain as unconstitutional, issuing notices to the federation, election commission, and Brig (R) Zahid Hussain.

Exactly! Proves that Malik was a greedy individual who was blackmailing innocents like Nawaz Sharif, Rana Sanaullah, Ch Nisar etc and finally the truth prevails as it always does in Pakistan and corrupt and greedy Malik resigns..Pakistan Zindabad!

I would love to see IK personally asking ex Nadra Chairman Tariq Malik to come back to Pakistan and run NADRA again. He was a gem but nooras threatened him and his family so much he had to leave his job and country with his family and is now working with UNDP sitting overseas.
