The problem is that all the good teams are good with YOUNG players. However, our young players are terrible. Outside Amir, there is nobody on this team I would pick for any ODI team in the world.

I do hope the mentality changes though. No more starting your innings scoring 18 from 33 like Imad did. Go out blazing, target should always be 300 on batting tracks.

Our domestic structure is so pathetic that we have to nurture the better talents at the international stage. That's why it's gonna take time.

Micky and Inzi need to identify the best talents according to the modern limited overs standards and then invest in them. Again it will take time but will have a start if we identify our best 10-12 young players.
