1986 born. had the innocence (no social media trolling/no animosity/no spitting venom on the opposition teams despite knowing their true talent and worth) of watching peak pak(wasim,waquar, shoiab,inzy) peak SL(arjuna,desilva,jayasuriya and chamindavas).

Amazes me to see the likes of naseem sha, nawaz playing the pakistani/fearless way. Reminded me of the yester years pakistan team that had so many all rounders ( azar mohammed/wasim etc)


Amazes me to see the likes of srilankar younger batters that bat deep and the left armer rattling indian team. Reminds me of late srilankan team that would bat deep.

Cant be bitter that India got knocked out and keep spitting venom on neighboring teams. Great sunday final ahead.

PS: waiting for resurgence of Team India, considering pace and bounce of tracks in australia suite Indian stroke makers. I think, virats form may help india perform better.

I like Pakistani team (and that's why i am on this forum) esp because they perform much better than the pakistani fans give them credit for. I wasn't much fan of Sri Lanka cricket earlier but desperately want this team to succeed as it has been surprising positively in all forms of cricket and esp. the 2 left handed players - Asalanka and Rajapaksa - are truly world class match winners and massively underrated. So i am a little confused on who to support but glad that the 2 best T20 asian teams (since atleast a couple of years) are playing the finals.

Why couldn't we select strong team? Was it because of playing too much IPL? I mean isn't this the prime reason of my criticism towards IPL also? Players taking rest, getting injured, not fit enough, getting complacent lol. The best teams are rightfully in the finals. India was clearly not the best team and Afghanistan are still a bit raw to win big games.

If I may add, not just we played poor cricket, we took poor cricketers in the trip. Avesh khan, bhuvneshwar, chahal and ashwin are inferior bowlers and cricketers in the t20 format. Chahal is an awful fielder, along with worthless with the bat and routinely hit or miss as a bowler. Avesh - lesser said the better, the worst bowler among all bowlers in asia cup and finally ashwin is a proven failure in the t20 format as a bowler. So indian fans must not delude themselves, that they lost due to a chance occurrence and two days of bad cricket, when in fact they took a garbage bowling attack and if that occurred again, they will lose again.

Said it multiple times that this Rajapaksa guy is a world class batsman and massively underrated.
