Bangladesh is yet to have a polarizing star from its cricket team. Someone who the youngsters could look upto and say they want to be like them.

Like for Pakistan it was Imran, Waseem, Javed and Waqar

Bangladesh is still a young team, but Mosharafe has been one of the very old faces who has been with the national team for yaers.

Could he be the idol of the new Bengali generation, or could it be Tamim Iqbal or Mushfiqur Rahim?

Only player comes to my mind, who inspire all young player is Shakib Al hasan.

Then slowly Tamim & Mushfiq becoming an idol too. But yeah Bangladesh see Mashrafee as a great team leader rather than a great player. FYI Mashrafee in the team cause, he can motivate the team, and make player to go for it.
