Lol. KW’s history in these countries explains these records rather easily.
SA: 2 tours of 2 tests, the first of which was when he was just 22. The second tour (in 2016) involved one washed out test, and one test where he made 70ish (and looked good for a hundred until he ran out of partners). That’s 3 tests in total, essentially 1 tour for the likes of Smith/Root/Kohli, the majority of which was played while his career was still in its infancy.
SL: ditto - 1 tour when he was 22, 1 tour barely a month after the emotionally taxing 2019 WC. Do we really think that if KW can average 60+ in the UAE that he has technical problems in spinning conditions?
England: 3 tours (all in May/June conditions when batting is more difficult) - 1 again when he was 22. In the other 2 he averaged 40 - posted similar numbers across the 4 tests to Root - scored a ton at Lords and won his team the WTC.
India: 3 tours - the first 2 when he was 20 and 22 respectively. And in the third he struggled, but it happens especially over such a short series.
Really, all Kw’s record in the highlighted countries indicates is how little NZ plays in these countries, and how hard it is for batsmen to rapidly adjust
