A lot of Muslims all over the world set some targets for their weight during the holy month of Ramadan. Did you also set some goals in terms of your weight in this Ramadan and have your able to achieve your goals? How does your eating routine in Ramadan have affected on your weight?
 
Unintentionally lost 7 KG ….all those lost gains. Gotta blame food poisoning for some of it.
 
Prior to Ramadan I lost 6-7 kg because I changed my diet completely. No more sugar at all, reduced carbs dratically and have alo said bye bye to my beloved tea.
I had only 2 healthy meals a day, morning and evening (it was almost as if I was fasting).

So during Ramdad I haven't lost a single kg :) And now looking forward to hitting gym again.
 
Very hard for me to say anything. Looks the same way not sure whether gained or lose. May be loss a bit
 
I wasn't looking to losing weight, but I definitely gained weight. Already had a belly, it just grow a big bigger.
