Some very easy yet rewarding deeds:
1) Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, "Whoever says "Subḥānallāhi wa biḥamdihi" one hundred times a day, will have his sins forgiven even if they are like the foam of the sea." (Source: https://sunnah.com/bukhari:6405)
2) Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, “Whoever recites Ayatul Kursi immediately after each prescribed prayer, there will be nothing standing between him and his entering Paradise except death.” (Source: https://islamqa.info/en/answers/609...enefits-of-reciting-ayatul-kursi-after-prayer).
3) There are two expressions which are very easy for the tongue to say, but they are very heavy in the balance and are very dear to Allah (SWT). These two statements are "Subhanallahi wabihamdihi" and "Subhanallahil azim". (Source: https://sunnah.com/bukhari:6406).

The Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said, “He who utters a hundred times in a day these words: (see above) he will have a reward equivalent to that for emancipating ten slaves, a hundred good deeds will be recorded to his credit, hundred of his sins will be blotted out from his scroll, and he will be safeguarded against the devil on that day till the evening; and no one will exceed him in doing more excellent good deeds except someone who has recited these words more often than him…” [Bukhari and Muslim]
