Do these T20 franchises pay their players match fees, DAs or only the season contract amounts?

The PCB pays the players monthly central contract fees, match fees and daily allowances during a series.

My understanding is the franchises pay the players 25% upon signing, 25% in the start of the tournament, 25% after the first half of the tournament and the remaining 25% at the end.

For a platinum player getting $150,000-200,000 per season, this is a handsome amount. But I feel for the emerging players who are only going to get $3,500 for the entire season which works around PKR 620,000 to 650,000 for around 10-13 games.

I hope the PCB can find a way to improve the pays for the emerging players. Maybe encourage the franchises to pay a match fee, daily allowance to their players as well

I wonder if sponsors pay them separately aswell.

PKR 620,000 is not a bad amount for only playing 10 games...

What would help if the contracts they have from domestic teams and PCB are for the whole year(off season included).
