What was the part 1?
Have written in multiple other threads. History will repeat itself.
Before 2015 WC, Dhoni retired mid-way in a test series in Australia.
Before 2019 WC, he will be forced to retire from ODIs and T20s. Even his mafia empire of pliable experts, mediamen and PR agents will not be able to save his career.
His fan following is just too much.Have written in multiple other threads. History will repeat itself.

Kicked out the likes of Sehwag, Gambhir, Dravid, Laxman from ODI team..... Now when his turn came, he wants to play till he is 50.
Always liked him, over the years he has brought the best out of some mediocre bowlers. Good WK, good striker, calm under preassure, excellent captain. With age the reflexes have slowed down naturally but his experience is gold to have. But with so much IPL most of the Indian players can handle preassure really well.
With 2007 WC humiliation , public opinion on Ganguly, Dravid , Laxman was at an all time low so it was probably easier to force them to retire from ODIs.
Whereas I think.public opinion on Dhoni is still very positive with the huge success of his film so its probably harder to give him a nudge at this stage for BCCI?
Just a theory, one the basis of his performances he should have retired a year back...
