Pretty slow going by England.

Sri Lanka really struggling in ODI's because none of their batsmen is making hundreds or big scores. Mendis seams badly out of form.

This Partnership of Shanaka and Perera can bring them to a good score of around 270.

Sri Lanka end up on 273/7 (50 ov) after England won the toss and elected to field in the 4th ODI; N Dickwella (52) and MD Shanaka (66) were main scorers from Sri Lanka whilst Moeen Ali too 2/55 for England;

Rain delay - England : 132/2 * (27/50 ov, target 274)
England require another 142 runs with 8 wickets and 23.0 overs remaining

Don't think we will learn much more from Poms in these bilaterals. The test for them now is to show how they do under pressure in ICC tournaments.

They are still there for the taking in Asian conditions, just that SL has been very poor. India won 2-1, which couldve been 3-0 had it not been a choke in the 3rd ODI.

They can be vulnerable in such conditions but World Cup is England so it shouldn't be a problem for now.
