This Australian team is similar to Newzealand team of 2000's in Limited overs, decent but not great.

Australia middle order issues continue to plague them. No matter who they select or what position it doesn't seem to work. This is why they are behind England in LO right now. They have a better bowling attack and I would prefer Australias openers to Englands. I'm picking Smith over Root and Malan anyday.

I would probably take Buttler over both but I would definitely have Finch and Warner over Roy and Bairstow.
