on a flat wicket , no pressure .........tendulkar bcoms god again .....lol !

Tendulkar comes close to God when it comes to batting. Did you watch the innings today? He played some amazing strokes.

I'm glad I was home and able to watch it!

10 min break between innings :O
probably because of over rate and that means Eng gets shorter time to rest. need a spinner to speed it up

Under the circumstances.....Great One Day Bowling from Anderson. Where was he all these years.

Bowling O M R W Econ
SCJ Broad 9 0 54 1 6.00 (2nb, 1w)
JM Anderson 8.4 1 41 0 4.73 (3w)
A Flintoff 8 0 43 2 5.37 (3nb)
CT Tremlett 9 0 73 0 8.11 (3nb, 2w)
AD Mascarenhas 4 0 31 0 7.75 (1w)
PD Collingwood 4 0 24 0 6.00
RS Bopara 4 0 27 0 6.75

Last over it seemed Andersen bowled 3 full tosses.
Ind 302-4 after 47 overs

Katrick in hopefully he can get Dravid on strike more ... wouldn't normally say that lol

Well at least we managed more than 2 wickets in 50 overs.

why was the last ball from Flintoff a wide. The batsman moved to the offside and the ball looked fine
Karthik out on 1 LBW Flintoff

Thats an awsome shot from Dravid, going to the leg side and guides it down to 3rd man, the fielder can't believe it

Flintoff 4 wickets (and counting?) with a (slightly?) injured knee.

Good performance

Some good batting in there, taking full advantage of the flat pitch.

Flintoff bowled really well.
Anderson was good apart from his final over.
Broad's opening spell was good but his inexperience showed later on.
Tremlett and Mascarhenas were very poor.
Bopara and Colly weren't totally awful but they weren't that great either.

LOL, same fans were criticizing Dravid for slow batting over the years. Dravid can bat like this but once in a blue moon. He is a proper batsman and ODI's and 20/20 don't do justice to his batting.

10 runs off the last over, including Ganguly dropping a catch in the slips, Prior the batsman. After 5 overs its 37/0

England to win by 4 wickets is my prediction.

I think The Powar might have a huge say in this match.

He already has Billy. He's demolished parts of the outfield when diving for the ball.

current RR 7.71 required RR 6.42
11 runs off Agarkar's over
Eng 54-0 after 7

The outfield at the Rose Bowl is one of the quickest I have ever seen.

exactly why I din rate tendulkars innings .......thank god he din get to his ton , we still have some hope !

Eng 75-0 after 10 overs - need 255 more to win

India was 39-0 and had hit 6 fours
Eng has 14 fours

well well well!
Prior caught by the person who dropped him earlier, Ganguly, but.... its a no-ball. Munaf will be kicking himself!

Jesus christ, he is on a hattrick!

Going so solidly England, then this! WoooooooW!

Patel has now brought the game back into India's favor. Missed the hattrick, but still a very good bowling performance.

Bell cracks 2 boundaries off Munaf's over. First a great pull shot and followed by an exquisite backfoot punch.

98/2 off 15 overs

India can't allow Bell and KP to get into some sort of a partnership, a cracking game so far.

Munaf losing the plot now. Bowling on the pads and now a huge wide outside offstump for 5 wides.

115/2 off 17 overs. Suprised we've come out firing trying to keep up with the run rate. Just need to keep the partnerships going as obvious as that sounds. As playa said, a great game so far.

Another one dropped. Dhoni drops Pietersen standing up to the stumps to Ganguly. How many chances are India giving England?

edit, 2 balls later Ganguly has dropped Pietersen caught and bowled :))

Does someone have a live stream? I've been kicked off the TV.. :91:

My lord great ball by Chawla. He's bowled Pietersen a brilliant straight one that has gone straight through the gate. Lovely bowling beta.

134/3

Just seen the replay and it was actually a leggie that didn't spin much. KP played outside the line and the ball went through the gate hitting the top of off

136/3 off 22

160/3.

RRR is 7.1. Who's in after Collignwood? As far as I know, this is their last "good" pair.

Eng 171-3 after 28 overs
India was 167-1
Eng needs 159 to win from 130 balls . required RR 7.23
