You can get away with part timers in a lot of matches. Most teams seem to be struggling against slow bowlers.

India has Raina who is not being utilized at all. He is better than Dilshan to me. India can include another bat from QF by letting Raina and Rohit bowl 10 overs. They might go for 70 runs. But I can guarantee that Mohit will also go for 55-60 runs. Its only 15 runs difference.

Dilshan is better than Raina dude by far.
