Going with 4 bowlers won't be a good option. Specially in these conditions u need full time bowlers. A bowler will go for plenty runs when 320+ is the norm. And teams will cash on part timers.

That's why I said we are actually doing it now, I don't consider Faheem a bowler and expect M Hafeez to bowl better than him. Going with 4 bowlers isn't a good option on any ground, still it looks like we don't have any alternative right now. Including Hasnain will weaken the tail, but can be tried.

Once Shadab returns, we will be back to 5 bowlers with M Hafeez as the 6th one.

Imam is crucial in this line up. Without him the team will always 2 or 3 down with early wickets. Someone needs to value their wicket and let others play around him. Pakistan don't have enough good batsmen to play gung-ho cricket.
