Also a lot of people forget that these wickets are not conducive to strokeplay. Might do better in Pakistan.

Difficult to say as Siddiq looked very good in his first game. After opponents studied him he got found out.

Well, his wicket keeping looks fine at least . Needs to work on his batting though. Wouldn't be any worse investment than Rizwan..

I guess we are too early too judge players.
In my opinion batsman can only be judged in T20s after atleast 5 games in 1 position (Where he usually plays in domestics), 10 games in ODIs and around same number of games in tests.
The way we judge players, if ABD and Amla would have debuted for Pakistan and played the way they did for SA in their first 15-20 games some posters would have already asked for their exclusion.
SA has six franchises in their domestics, so if they find a good player they stick with they. They are not ruined with countless number of mediocre options which only destroys good players careers when they are replaced too often.

My own analysis of him is that he seems to be an ok keeper but needs to improve his batting. Might be better suited to longer formats of the game and T20 is not really suited to his style of play.
