I am in favor of playing tests, bilateral series , everything. But he is not. He not only wants to boycott bilaterals but also multilateral tournaments.

Think the issue is more with his flip flopping attitude on issues. He just seems to want to bad mouth Pakistan publicly at every opportunity when it suits him. And when it suits him he wants to play against Pakistanis or sit in the commentary box next to Pakistanis in a pak-ind game.

As per a Media reports, On Thursday LLC also issued a statement regarding the argument between the two players and said they will conduct an internal investigation on the violation of the code of conduct. LLC said in an official statement:
"The incident that has been the talk in the cricketing world violates the code of conduct and necessary action will be taken against all that have violated the very clear rules stated by the league's Code of Conduct and Ethics Committee."

Raman Raheja, CEO of Legends League Cricket said:
"All players contracted in the Legends League Cricket are bound by certain terms related to misconduct and necessary action will be taken as per the codes of conduct laid down by the Code of Conduct & Ethics Committee. We are taking appropriate action against the breach of contract."

Former India pacer S Sreesanth has landed in hot waters, having been issued a legal notice by the Legends League Cricket (LLC) Commissioner over his rant against Gautam Gambhir, sources have told NDTV. Sreesanth accused Gambhir of calling him a 'fixer' during the LLC match between India Captials and Gujarat Giants. On Thursday, morning a video of Gambhir and Sreesanth's on-field clash surfaced on social media, prompting the latter to issue a statement, suggesting he was called a 'fixer' by the cricketer-turned-politician. However, the LLC commissioner isn't happy with Sreesanth's social media tirade, suggesting it was a 'breach of contract' from the pacer.
As per the legal notice issued by LLC, Sreesanth's rant on social media about the on-field incident was a 'breach of contract'. The notice is believed to have said that no dialogue is possible with Sreesanth until he removes all videos he has posted on social media. The notice also said to have stressed that that the on-field umpires did not report mention use of any expletives by Gambhir on the field.
While Sreesanth explained his side of the matter on social media, Gambhir only took to Instagram, sharing a cryptic post. The caption of the post read: "Smile when the world is all about attention!". Sreesanth, however, wasn't pleased and wrote a comment on Gambhir's post, asking if he was "above Supreme Court".
"You have exceeded the boundaries of a sportsman and a brother, and above all, you represent the people. Yet, you continue to engage in conflicts with every cricketer. What is the matter with you? All I did was smile and observe, and you labelled me a fixer? Seriously? Are you above the Supreme Court? You have no authority to speak in such a manner and say whatever you please. You even verbally abused the umpires, and yet you speak of smiling? You are an arrogant and utterly classless individual who lacks any form of respect for those who supported you. Until yesterday, I always held respect for you and your family," Sreesanth wrote in the comments section of Gambhir's post.
With the matter taking a legal turn, the controversy has become more complex.

The guy spot-fixed in front of everyone, on camera. And instead of showing some remorse and contrition, he has spent the last decade using his connections to abuse the courts systems to try and get some type of legal 'win' on some technicality or another. The man is a disgrace.
Gambhir is probably going to get some type of telling off. He might even be forced to issue an apology. But he can't can't help himself. He is a dukhi atma while Sreesanth is pareshan atma. They deserve each other.

The SC verdit, as these things often are, was complicated and quite technincal. But it upheld Sreesanth's guilt. The judgement also said that it did not disagree with the BCCI's review panel findings( On SS's betting and corruption). But it did ask for the life ban to be 'put aside' as it said that was too harsh . It is only a 'clearance' in the most generous assessment of the situation.
