Video showing PML-N 'loyalists' chanting ‘Go Nawaz Go’ slogan goes viral

PESHAWAR: Video footage emerged on Tuesday showing Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) activists chanting ‘Go Nawaz Go’ slogan on their way back from a public gathering in Peshawar on Sunday.

The ruling party chief addressed a huge crowd where according to reports there was a shortage of seats despite arrangement for 40,000 people.

The former prime minister responded to every slogan from the stage with mostly criticising the judiciary and his arch-rival, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan
However, video footage shows anti-Nawaz Sharif and pro-Imran Khan slogans being chanted by the crowd.

The video went viral on social media with ‘Go Nawaz Go’ and ‘Imran Zindabad’ being chanted.

Ameer Muqam, PML-N K-P president, could not be reached for his version on the footage despite repeated attempts.

PTI will form majority govt in KPK. They will also win a lot more seats in Punjab and Baluchistan. They should be able to form govt but it will not be majority govt. Nawaz is totally out yhe games within the next 2 weeks.

Bro that is optimistic outlook.... the more realistic outlook is that PTI forms opposition and PML-N and PPP form next government.... because aek vari fir sher and bhutto ab bhi zinda hai.

What's even the point of a PML rally in Peshawar of all places? That's like having a Hafiz Saeed rally in Mumbai. People of Peshawar and KPK in general (not including Hazara belt) won't forget the fatso stealing from their province to invest in his own. Ghazi barotha, the distribution of power, gas royalties, electricity royalties, PSDP funds diverted to Punjab, none of that is unknown to KPK voters.

Great video and so crazy funny! Hilarious when the PML-N guy says “ Oye, pagal hai!!” after the guy who looks like he’s zoned out shouts “ GO NAWAZ GO!”
