You are right. If PSL learns it is second tier league compared to IPL it can be successful in Pakistan and even worldwide. There is room for both leagues. We Indian shouldn't troll it. We have purchased players based on PSL performance to play in the IPL later.

Well, the PCB should actually be telling the franchises that their primadonas can….off. Strike rates of 100-110 in powerplays at ICC T20 events as openers and first round exits to USA

The PCB and franchises can pay whatever the amount they feel necessary to star international players. Not fraud Pakistani players who can’t hit a six in the powerplay.

The PCB are there own worst enemy when they have these crap players from Pakistan in the platinum category

Best PSL is the one where they had Livingstone, Tim David, Miller, Powell, Roy and Rashid Khan.

Nah I just wanna knowing the quality of PSL players because pakistan fans are always bring PSL comparison with IPL when there is no comparison at all .

We have not been talking about retired player joining IPL but it is the other way around... IPL and PSL has no comparison IMO

If Karachi kings picks him, he will definitely be their captain. But I don’t know how their joke director Haider Azhar will be able to deal with him. His general cricket views are ridiculous when you compare them to how the top teams operate in the world.

LQ will back Shaheen again,

Babar will throw his toys out of the pram if he is removed from captaincy

Rizwan thinks it’s his birthright to lead

Shadab just won the PSL and they won’t really be thinking of signing Warner with their current openers unless they release some players

That leaves Quetta, and Nadeem Omar looks keen to groom Saud as the new leader.

So KK is his best shot to lead. Whereas on merit, he deserves to lead PZ and Multan Sultans over frauds Babar and Rizwan.

Rumours are Saim wants to leave Zalmi and join KK

I’m assuming he has been told he will be their platinum home player and possibly captain.

IMO Zalmi should respect this decision if true and not cling on to him. They are already in a conundrum with Babar insisting to open and other players having to shift around to accommodate him.

This can work for them as no one can question their decisions to keep Babar happy.

Very happy for Jamaal to have found a way out, disappointed for Harris. He needs to get out of there too!

Evin Lewis is a supplementary with Rajasthan Royals

England current contracted players will not receive NOC from ECB unless their Player’s union intervenes

The other you have listed are all good shouts

PZ apparently promised Jamal, Mehran and Salman Irshad that they will pick them again in the draft

I think one of Jamal and Mehran will not be returning to PZ as they only have one right to match card, and they will use it on one of these two.

But I 100% agree with your sentiment. A lot of these players have their development stunted because of a franchise looking to keep one useless T20 player happy

when did evin lewis sign up with rr,he is without a ipl contract currently?
 
no srilankan player has signed up so far.they are coming up with only oldies or out of form
wait for silver and gold category overseas players,u will see crap players like lammonby,fuller,ball,bartlett,hatazoglou who dont get selected by even their state teams but the psl owners somehow know them

Link is not opening but I'm sure this is old news when butler was not available for RR around 2021-22 session and Lewis played for RR .

After the IPL auction ( November 22 and 23) no player's has joined the any team for the IPL 2025.
 
Pakistan needs more fast bowlers to cover for injuries to main bowlers.I am hoping some of the emerging fast bowlers will be given chances to showcase their talent.If Zeeshan Zamir,Ahsanullah,Mohammad Zeeshan snd Ali Raza are fit they can benefit a lot from playing against international players.I don’t if there are any new quicks who will be selected for PSL10.
 
Holder another one who can captain if needed.

KK really need to get their picks right, they have two good options in Warner and Holder.

I’ve tried to find out but haven’t been successful

Maybe the mods can use their links in the PCB to find out if the PSL committee are actually even trying with Allen and Rickleton. Would love to know what the situation is.

No I heard a senior Pakistan journalist mention this today too.

IPL will have another draft for players who might be going midway or by the end of the tournament. This is the only reason why I can think guys like Allen and Rickleton haven’t joined.

They might sign up to secure a spot in PSL but they may just ditch us if they get picked in the IPL round 2
